PeopleKeys® has launched a new online course designed to teach students how to develop mastery of their most complete assessment of applied DISC behavioral analysis the D-3. The course, called DISC D-3 TEAMS & Values Mastery Program will be taught by PeopleKeys Master Coach Dan Mucci along with PeopleKeys Director of Training John Schindell as a live Tele-course over the span of 10 weeks.
The DISC D-3 TEAMS & Values Mastery Program will use a combination of real-time online instruction along with interactive digital technologies to address a wide variety of topics of interest to professional behavioral consultants. Over the span of the 10 week course, participants will learn to understand, implement, and train others in the use of behavioral analysis techniques for a wide variety of applications, including:
- Stress management
- Team building
- Conflict resolution
- Behavioral selling
Successful completion of the course will allow participants to develop the mastery of the D-3 DISC profile. This level of mastery is an important benchmark that gives consultants the credentials they need to show clients they have been trained in accordance with the most rigorous standards of the profession.
The DISC D-3 TEAMS & Values Mastery course is also unique in that it combines materials from over eight stand-alone course offerings from PeopleKeys, making it the most comprehensive Behavioral Consultant Trainer class available. The class will draw from the combined experience of veteran trainers Dan Mucci and John Schindell, and will use applied DISC theory as a basis of its methodology.

The DISC D-3 TEAMS & Values Mastery Program will be broadcast as a series of 5 online video sessions and 5 live webinars. Class time is 60 minutes for 5 weeks and 90 minutes for 5 weeks.
