Why should I invest in coaching?
Because it works! Coaching helps you get unstuck, which in turn helps you live a more meaningful and purposeful life. A coach does NOT tell you what to do. A coach is someone who is objective, non-judgmental, a good listener, and is there to inspire you to discover your own strategies and figure out the next steps to get you there.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a positive approach to determining and achieving extraordinary results to personal and professional challenges. Professional coaches are trained to listen and observe. The approach to solutions with each client is as unique as each client. It is a customized process to uncover the strategies that work best. Coaches know that their clients have innate intelligence and resources and that their job is to be a catalyst in getting the client to access the inner wisdom the client already possesses. While the coach promotes this discovery and provides feedback from an objective perspective, the client is responsible for making a commitment and taking the necessary steps to achieve their desired results.
How does coaching work?
Coaching provides an ongoing dynamic partnership designed to help clients reach their personal and professional goals. Coaches listen, observe, and ask empowering questions, tapping into your innate wisdom. This allows coaches to customize their approach to meet the client’s unique needs. The coach provides ongoing support to enhance the skills and resources necessary for success while eliciting thoughtful inquiries and strategies from the client, knowing that the client possesses the inherent wisdom to realize their desires.

Why are sessions generally by phone?
While it may seem unusual when you first think about it, conducting coaching sessions by phone is actually preferred once you become accustomed to it. Over 91% of all successful coaching is conducted over the phone.
Phone or Skype sessions have proven to be more effective since there are no distractions by physical actions, appearances or surroundings. The voice factor is a great equalizer and allows the coaching experience to be focused entirely on you, as it is intended. It’s also more efficient, convenient and less costly. No travel time is involved and it can be conducted wherever you are, even if you or the coach are traveling.
Some one-on-one sessions in the quiet corner of a coffee shop, or in the four walls of a private office are considered when clients are in close proximity to me, as their coach.
To determine if you could benefit from coaching, think about what it is you’d like to accomplish with the help of a coach. A coaching partnership can be an amazing tool for empowering clients to develop a strategy to achieve their visions with greater ease and speed. Does the idea of collaborating with an objective partner and considering new perspectives sound enticing? Are you ready to devote the time and energy into making real changes in your life to accomplish your goals? The choice is yours. Are you ready to make an investment in your very worthy SELF?
How long does the coaching process last?
All coaching relationships are unique and therefore depend entirely upon your goals and the steps necessary for you to develop. Most clients find that it takes at between three to six months to truly walk out the changes that will provide sustainable change. Many choose to work with their coach for longer than six months on an every so often basis when touch points are needed.
Coaching is an investment for life.
Fundamental change doesn’t come overnight. To get meaningful and lasting results takes time. An initial 3 month commitment of either 2 – 4 sessions per month is the best way to get started. Alternate packages may be explored on an individual client basis with me by phone.
What is the ROI on coaching?
Your Return on Investment is directly correlated to the amount of dedication you demonstrate toward your growth and development. You get what you give. The average return on investment is 6 times your investment…powerful!
